How come my internet goes out when I plug in my Oculus Rift S?

I  received this headset just over a week ago and my internet just cuts off entirely every time I use it. It has been like this ever since I got it. I also use WIFI as my method to connecting to the internet. Any help?

Maybe check that your anti virus software is not blocking Oculus runtime.  Try disabling it to see if this helps.  I do not have any problems with MS Defender or Malwarebytes.

No, unfortunately that didn't work. Could it be due to my PC specs or the headset itself? Is it also because I use WIFI?
