Question about 10 update

Just bought the Quest. Not much use yet. Heard about the update. Went to check to see if I got it yet. In the headset I can see an option to cast. Not sure if it was there in 9 or if I have the 10 update. Can someone confirm?

Casting inside the headset doesn't find my Chromecast Ultra. My phone app finds it and casts. As of last night the lag was still bad. 

Went to settings > Show All in the headset but nothing happens. I can't get into settings to see what version I have.  The phone app says Headset Version 377480.16500.0
Is this the updated version?

I also can't see anything after selecting any of the Social options.

Are the unresponsive menu items broken in the update, or....?

I think you’re still on version 9 (as I am) 
when you are in settings/show all,  click the “about” tab at the bottom left.

you may have to wait for version 10, like the rest of us.
make sure all the games/apps in your library are up to date & leave the Quest plugged in, on standby. It may get updated soon... but then some of us are still waiting. It can take a week for it to roll out apparently.
