What Power supply should I need for Rift S?

I have a Gtx1660 and i5 9400F
Those are the relevant details I think.

    I believe PSU efficiency increases as you load it more towards its rated power output but personally I'd chose a power supply that has plenty spare, so that you're confident it isn't being stressed and so that there's room for future upgrades.

    I think you're looking at a around 200W tdp for your GPU and CPU combined, but by the time you include motherboard RAM, hard drives etc, I'd say 500W PSU is an absolute minimum. I'd probably go for a 750W though to give a little room for upgrading.
