Hello everyone!
Does anyone know how to get rid of the binocular effect?

That's killing my VR experience. I have Oculus Quest.
The first week everything was perfect, then something happened and I began to see the borders.

Well I have a CV1 and I believe the FOV isn't much different, so I am guessing here but the things that can affect the FOV are

    1. distance from the lenses. have you changed how tight your strap is?
    2. A good immersive game can make you forget about the black rings of annoyance.
    3. When you first get the headset you are simply amazed to be in VR. After that wears off you start to see the deficiencies.
    4. Have you adjusted the IPD correctly.
