Error Code 31 in Device Manager

Hey everyone,

So I got an Oculus Rift S today. However, during setup, it won't detect the USB port. The port itself looks different than the other ports, and it's blue similar to all other USB 3.0 Ports I've seen. This is the error I get:

"
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

The request is not supported.
"

I'm using an FX-6300 and an AMD Rx 480. Can anyone help solve this? Do I need to buy a PCI Expess Card?

Thanks.

(Also, I heard that the FX 6300 may not be compatible, but the minimum specs clearly state an FX 4350, which I believe is similar. Idk..)
