USB not recognized and no intelligent help from the support team

Owned but never used the Rift S for too long.  Seeing posts online with similar USB 3.0 compatibility issues with no response from Oculus to address short of buy a new computer.

    If you want intelligent help, you need to be intelligent enough to provide information that intelligent people can use.

    You say that Oculus support are suggesting that you should buy a new computer. So, how about you start by telling us what PC you have?

    You relate to "similar USB 3.0 compatibility issues", but you don't tell anyone what your issue is. So, how about you tell us exactly what your issue is?
