I tried looking up a laptop on the oculus site, but it maker (lenovo) doesnt make that laptop anymore.  So, I went to costco's website and found the laptop below.  I'm totally new to VR, I want to use it for flight sim practice (x-plane and condor).  Would a laptop with the following specs do the job or not?  Any helpful comments would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:

Processor & Memory:
  • 9th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-9750H Processor 2.6GHz
  • 16GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM

Drives:
  • 1TB 5400RPM Hard Drive + 512GB NVMe Solid State Drive
  • No Optical Drive

Operating System:
  • Microsoft® Windows 10 Home (64-bit)

Communications:
  • Killer N1550i Combo 2x2 ac + Bluetooth® 5.0
  • Integrated 720P HD Webcam
  • Killer Gaming Network E2500 (10/100/1000 mbps) Ethernet LAN

Graphics & Video:
  • 17.3" FHD (1920 x 1080) 144Hz 3ms Display
  • 6GB NVIDIA GeForce® RTX 2060 Graphics

Does it list the ports available?
Rift S needs a DP/MiniDP directly connected to the GPU and a USB3.0 (min) port.
Original Rift needs HDMI Port directly connected to the GPU and preferably 3xUSB3.0 ports.
If the Intel chipset graphics are connected to the display outputs, and cannot be disabled, neither HMD would work correctly.
PC info: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X - Sapphire 7900XTX - 32GB DDR4 4000 - 3 NVMe + 3SATA SSD - Quest 2 & 3
