I was sent 2 rift's and charged twice. I want to return one, but nobody has responded to my support tickets. One was placed a week ago today, another placed on tuesday. Anybody work at Oculus?
Been waiting weeks for a response from Oculus Support. Both my CV1 and my Quest w/link no longer work at all. Nothing changed on my end. Hands down the worst support I have ever had the mispleasure of having to deal with. Dont hold your breath waiting for support to reply.
