Order problem

I received an email on Saturday stating I needed to update my payment for my order to process. I went to do that an it says I have no orders!! How can I reach someone to fix this?

    Hey @karen.steelman.5, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your order. If this order was done as guest order then it wouldn't show up under your account. You should be able to access it through the Guest Portal here. If you're having issues with the order, you can contact support here. We have live chat and email support available. Thanks! -Rick
