quest - pairing - incorrect pin or passkey

in Oculus Quest 2 and Quest
I am trying to pair my quest, but it keeps saying it can't pair because of an incorrect pin or passkey.  I just bought it used, and had to factory reset it.  Any suggestions?

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the oculus app on my phone, and that seemed to work. (for anyone else with the same problem)

    I am having the same issue, but I can't by games.
