Refund not working?

It said refund accepted but I didn't get my money back or get store credit do I'm dumbfounded

    Hey @blibyblob, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. As described in our support article here, once we have processed the refund on our side, it can still take longer before you see the funds. Typically, you should see the funds back on the original payment method within 7 to 9 business days. If you don't see the funds by then, please contact your payment provider. Please feel free to reach out to support here so we can verify that your refund did process correctly on our side. Thanks! -Rick
