Rift S, DisplayPort and USB 3.0 are not recognized?

When installing the Rift S, I cannot get any further when connecting the headset in the Oculus software. DisplayPort and USB 3.0 only a
chargesymbol is shown.
Both plugs are plugged into the PC, who has any idea what that might be?

Hey @andi.biernot, I'm sorry to hear your Rift S isn't being detected. If you haven't already, please try removing the headset cable from the headset and re-connecting it. You'll need to remove the facial interface to access it. Also, when connecting the Rift S, make sure that you connect the USB connection first, wait 5 seconds, and then connect the DisplayPort connection. It's important that USB connection fully establishes before connecting the DisplayPort. I also recommend try connecting to different USB 3.0 ports. If you need more help, please contact support here with your Oculus Diagnostic logs. Thanks! -Rick
