I'd like to hear from those who have had to exchange their quest headset under warranty. I'm speaking with support now because of two different issues on mine and want to get a rough timeline on what to expect. I know shipping will be delayed because of everything going on but I'm very anxious to get back into VR both because it's a blast and because I use it to work out. So far support has been good about things and fairly quick to get back to me.
The two most relevant details are how long it took to get a replacement and what condition the headest was in, whether it was new or refurbished.
