Oculus Quest screen always on

When you take the headset off, sensor inside will detect this and turn off the screen. However, my Quest randomly stopped doing this and so the screen is always lit unless I click the power button to send it to sleep.

Any suggestions?

Check to make sure the sensor isn't being blocked.  It's above the lenses right in the middle.  If you have a face cover it may be slipping down and covering it making the headset think you're still using it.  Here's a good reference picture: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1382/9243/files/IMG_2729_2048x2048.jpg?v=1559774701

If you have side loaded any settings apps, make sure of the settings for it.
