Connected to WiFi in settings but still get 'no internet connection' Oculus go

I'm going crazy. I've factory reset 6 times.
Used both networks.
Tried everything....help!!!!!

    Maybe try removing your headset and controllers from your phone app.  I think there is a remove device in your phone app.  Then try to setup your go again from scratch.  Sorry all I can think of right now.  Otherwise maybe contact Oculus support and ask them for help.  Good luck.

    I just did a reset again.
    Now the update is back to stuck on 50%
