My Order

First & foremost it is Ridiculous there is no email or phone number to call for customer service... I consider that extremely poor customer service, I am trying to find out about an order I placed but my account claims I have no orders....My Order # is 395333724738391... The other concerning thing to me is that they still have not charged my card.

    Also, they will not charge your card until the item is ready for dispatch.

    I had the same thing happen to me. I ordered new headset 2 days ago and never received anything. I contacted Support and I was told I ordered under a Guest account and that is why it did not show up. They checked to make sure it went through and it did. They even provided me a link to look at my purchase. It is just a guess but maybe the same thing happened with you. I wish you the best with this matter.
