Oculus support staff

Do Oculus staff ever respond to these forums?  I can't say I've seen any replies.  If by any chance you do read this, please improve your customer service. I've been waiting over a month for my faulty Rift S to be replaced and the only feedback I've received is ... 'Keep waiting'.

    @dan.m.griffiths I've checked up on your ticket, and currently the logistics team is working towards getting the return confirmed and a replacement shipped out. As soon as an update is available, your ticket would be updated. - Principe

    Getting the return confirmed?  What does that mean?  You have had the faulty unit since June 6.  What do you need to confirm?  I am really at a loss as to why there is such a delay.
