Hello, I’m here as a last resort. My oculus rift s isn’t working. I opened a ticket but the representatives stopped responding and won’t provide me with updates. I’m suspicious that it may be to delay me past the 30 days I have to request a refund. There is no customer support number listed and the only way to reach them is through support tickets. But what do I do when they don’t respond? They say within 1-2 days, but It’s been about 7 since I last heard. I even created a new ticket. I patiently tried to work with them to resolve this issue, but at this point I just want my money back. Have spent 40+ hours of my time trying to troubleshoot the device.
