When you watch Quest 2 movie, it becomes Sleep mode.

(The sentence may be weird because it is a translator.)
If there is no tracking activity when watching a movie on Quest 2,
What's the problem when you go into sleep mode after 1 or 2 minutes?

Yeap, can't watch anything in this as after a few minutes the hmd goes into sleep mode.

I don't know if there's a way to change the sensitivity of movement detection, but you could always change the auto sleep timeout. It would be nice for movies to be able to disable auto sleep, or for movement detection to be more sensitive, but again, being able to change sensitivity would be nice.

Interesting, can't say I've tested the Auto-sleep properly myself. Have you reported to Oculus?

Is your wear sensor working properly? I believe it's incorporated in the same place as the IPD indicator, the top half of the capsule shape. If you hold your finger or thumb in front of it and remove it then you should see the displays turning on and off as you do that.

It's a problem that people have been having over the last week and FB have already made a statememnt that they know about the situation and are working on it, nothing the end user can do at this time to rectify it.

Hi,
we are aware of some problems with the headset entering sleep mode
while in use, and we are working on a fix now. We'll let the community
know when that is resolved. Thanks.
