Yes I have and I have raised several support tickets and been on three chats and no help whatsoever. No-one can locate my product anywhere. It says it has been shipped for weeks now but the courier company has never received it to get to me. I raised a support ticket last Sunday and was told worst case to hear back from them - 96 hours. Not heard from them so I have now been told another 3-5 working days. I have reported this to my bank as theft - which lets face it -it IS OCULUS. If there is a problem with THEIR supplier chain it is not the fault of the customer. Disgusting company that needs to sort its customer support out. I have even tried to reach out to them on Instagram - nothing - they really don't care. AVOID.
