Obviously, my internet connection is fine since I can write this message and post it!
Updates for my app are working fine.

I have the exact same problem, posted about it on reddit r/oculus (in the "new" posts).

My specs : i5-9600k ; RTX 3070 ; 16 Go DDR4, Oculus CV1, 3 sensors setup.

I copy paste so you don't have to go on reddit :

Hi there everyone, so me and another friend cannot access to the Oculus Store in the area of Brussels Belgium (might be related but who knows). I tried every possible solution and can't pinpoint a problem that would come from our behalf :

- Reinstalled all Oculus apps etc.

- Tried Google DNS

-Me and my friend have different ISPs

- I installed the oculus App on my work computer which never had any connection to Oculus and can't access neither

- Tried a different network card

-Tried through shared connection with my phone

- Tried my friends account on my computer and vice-versa, not working.

So I come here to ask if anybody else has been unable to connect to Oculus Store in the headset (Rift CV1) anywhere else in the world. I already contacted Oculus Support but they are giving me the usual "reboot your pc" kind of help, and of course I tried absolutely everything available on the internet before contacting them.

The only thing weird is that, when I am not connected to my Oculus only account, I can browse the store without any problem... Same for my friend, but as soon as we connect to our Oculus accounts, the Rift displays "cannot connect to Internet". What is happening ? Anyone else facing this issue ?

So TLDR : can't connect to Oculus Store in the headset or on the website (main page appears, but browsing too far crashes the website). Tried all combinations possible (different platform, different internet, different accounts).

[Edit 1 : Tried with my wife's Facebook account, and still can't access the store, so I got absolutely no idea why neither I or my friend at his place can't access the store since yesterday]

Trying to browse Rift's new releases from Chrome produces this error:

What weird is I can browse the store when I'm logged out of Oculus website.
Facebook is working fine.

I'm near Montreal, QC, Canada.

Am I banned from the Oculus Store or something?!

On reddit, seems like other people have similar issues, might be Oculus's servers problems.

I spoke with support and I got a solution! Clear your browser's history, cache and cookies! As simple as that.
As soon as I clear all of that, the store (from the browser) started working normally again, and the Oculus Home app works also.

@kizito5 Can you forward this information to reddit also? I don't have a reddit account.

Whaaaaaat, I can't believe it but it worked ! Oculus Support didn't tell me to do that, I had to reinstall so much stuff, but the solution was so easy... Good job ! Forwarding to Reddit !
