My Quest 2 just keeps showing Pc not detected

I'm so frustrated because I was just playing on it, then it suddenly disconnected and now I can't connect it to the pc anymore

    It's Probably  incompatible.

    First what are computer specs

    Did you up date drivers?

    Also the the cord get pulled a bit too hard?

    Have you tried different ports on your pc?  Have you tried a different cord?
