I sent back my touch controller for RMA on December 1st to Roseville CA, still NOT get replacement shipped out yet. It's already 45 days!
Support team just kept asking me to wait, with no explanation why it took so long, and no ETA day.
I shall have received the replacement before Christmas according to their initial statement "the process from shipping the damaged unit from your place and receiving back the replacement unit form our warehouse center is 8-12 business days." . But already half month past Jan 2021, still have no idea when they will ship out my replacement unit.
