Problem of configuration in the VR

Hello everyone,
I speak french so sorry for my bad english.
I received the Oculus Rift today, and I'm trying desesperately to connect it. I can't access to the configuration in the VR itself.
After I plugged the helmet on the computer, Oculus says "Continue the configuration in the VR", but when I put the helmet, I just see the Oculus logo for a sew seconds and then it desappeared and the device seems to shut down. I can't do anything to configurate it.
The helmet and the controllers are detected. I tried to relaunch the programm many times.
Someone can help me ?
