Paid for in app purchase but it's not showing

I was playing Bait! yesterday when I was offered the Bait!: Grub! Spinach Shrimp for purchase ($1.49). I received a receipt but it's not showing in my game. It is still showing "Buy". I did get an error when I put in my PIN - message "something went wrong" but the purchase obviously went through as I have a receipt.
Any suggestions?
