Milk VR Missing!!!

I used my goggles earlier in the day and all was fine. Later in the day I put them on and I noticed one of the items was blank on the home screen. I later found out it was Milk VR and I couldn't find it in the Library or the store. When I look in the oculus app on the phone it is there and appears fine. There is nothing that says uninstall or reinstall that I can find. Does anyone know how to fix this problem ?

Yes, you have to start it independently.
It's as if they're purposefully wanting to have MilkVR operate outside the main Oculus experience? Curious.

As I said before and is stated here, it's not a fix starting through the phone. It will access milk VR but if you installed any downloaded material, you will not be able to access it. I checked and it is still in the VoltVR folder and the folder is in the root files

1. I'm in the US.
2. I have been using MilkVR until January 27.
3. MilkVR is still installed on my device, but doesn't show up in the store or library when I have the device in the headset.
4. I cannot start MilkVR when the device is not in the headset.
5. I tried uninstall/install, to no avail.

I certainly hope Samsung or Oculus are aware of the issue and are in the midst of fixing it as we speak. This is obviously an issue that affects all of us.

Sorry about this. We are aware there is an issue, and are currently investigating.

If you uninstall the app you may lose the downloaded content, so please hold off doing anything for now.

Thanks.

Thank GOD for this thread. I was convinced that I had somehow been blacklisted from Milk VR on account of having downloaded some porn!

Ditto from me. I saw your post earlier and thought it was an isolated incident until I got home and went in to the Gear. It sped up the realization that there was a system wide issue for all of us.

One other thing I know for sure, MilkVR went out before I made a VoltVR folder.

Damn it. Expidited the 1 day shipment so I could enjoy the gear vr for the weekend and milk vr goes out... I looked at as much as I could before the phone overheated and now it's time for bed. Excellent experience during that time and my 5 and 3 year Olds got to look at the Iceland experience. Come on milk get back online so I can check it out.
