Post Your First Medium Sculpts!

I will get this going!

Just went through the tutorial, the UI is sooo easy to use, picked it up right away. I do have experience with 3D in Maya but still!

Here is my first sculpt, took me about an hour to do 🙂

Third one now... I finally found how to change the light! Woho!

I can just imagine this being used for previs... I mean. If I can bang out this in under an hour. I am fairly certain more experienced modelers can do more in less time and get a director into the scene. Snap off a few shots and then the rough sketch can be sent off to the real CG team to build a fully fleshed out scene around it.

Oh... and... uhm...

Experimenting with snap to surface on the clay brush. Getting a bit more comfy with inflate/deflate now too. The key for me is not going near it until I'm up a couple of subdivisions

@t1t4 That metal is gnarly as hell. Just airbrushing shades of gray on a metal texture or was there some secret sauce you'd like to share?

Damnit, I was hoping there was some method that didn't require me to have artistic skill.
