    Going through the complete set up seems to work compared to going through individual set up of items, eg. controller, guardian and sensor.

    You may want to contact Oculus Support. That doesn't sound normal.

    Same problem, just re-do the full setup, it worked for me, in not the controller fault in my case, i have a 4 sensors setup and it mess with the controller.

    Indeed..
    Just so odd that you could not sort it out individually doing the different parts through Settings and have to do a a full set up.

    I've had the same problem and run full setup like 5 times (tried taking out batteries and everything else that came to mind) but to no avail.
    Really getting on my nerves now, it works fine within apps but is buzzing nonstop in oculus home or even in the menu screen.

    A full set up fixed mine.
    Nothing else did.
    I made them aware of it. as well.
    Maybe in the next setup..
    What I did differently with my setup is Skip Guardian.
    Give that a try.

    @cybereality

    This problem came to me out of nowhere just now before I was about to visit a comedy event in Altspace after spending the last week avoiding VR due to tracking issues. Really fed up with how this launch is going.

    The controller would vibrate constantly and looked like the video feed had both hands blinking on and off visible then not visible and couldn't select anything with the controllers but they were still tracking and had the line pointer. The main selector cursor in home was now my head and not my hands anymore. Reset camera tracking and the issue continued.

    The vibrating would stop as soon as I took off my headset and would continue and keep going once the proximity sensor detected my headset was on again. i had to take the batteries out just to play with a controller because they wouldn't stop vibrating with my headset on.

    I was playing my VR just fine when my laptop truned off due to low power, I plug the charger in and start my pc before it die and the controllers that to bug out blinking non-stop and vibrating non-stop. I restarted my laptop five times and still not working keeps blinking and vibrating non-stop. I repair the controller connection still nothing keeps blinking and vibrating non-stop. I can keep my hand in VR they are just blinking and nothing works but the home buttion. So I reset up everything the headset, cams, controllers and still didn't fix this bug and still blinking and vibrating non-stop. next I fully uninstall Oculus all together then reinstall. . . Guess what. . Still not working. . Still vibrating. . Still blinking non-stop. So I try the last thing, right. I change the fully charged batteries. guess again. Still not F-ing work. Like wtf and shit is this? Come on Oculus this should be happening. Can anyone give me any idea's on how i could hopefully get my VR to work? Also, i took the batteries out so i can try and use my xbox controller and it's not letting me use it but it shows that its connected. Like wtf all this just because I was gaming in VR when my Laptop dies due to low battery. Plz someone help me out here.

    Hold down all the buttons at the same time for 10 seconds, this should reboot and re-pair the controller.
