Been trying to get this working for the past hour and so far have had no luck, finally figured out where it is putting the log file and I get this same log every time.

I don't get this error with any other game so any ideas on how to fix this?

Looks like GTX 650 only has 1GB of memory. Recommended cards all have at least 4GB of memory.
I don't know if Medium stores its chunks in system memory or video memory, but if it is the I wouldn't be surprised if it has a minimum chunk cache size exceeding 1GB.

Ah well I am building a new rig for VR I just figured 14GB of ram was enough. Not sure why it is ignoring my system memory as I can play games like Ark that use at times up to 10 GB of Ram at once or Just Cause 3 that does the same

Games with lower system requirements will allow for lower video RAM, but since the minimum spec for Medium is a GTX 970, the app may be built such that it expects and requires more video memory.

DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.

Try my game: Cyclops Island Demo

Makes sense though it means it is one of those VR games I have that is shelved until the new rig is ready.

The GTX 650 is far below the requirements and likely won't work at all. Also, make sure you disable any GPU overlap apps like MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner / etc. as they conflict.

I don't have any of those installed, most games run fine obviously not great but fine however my current PC is as upgraded as can be and I am in the process of building one for VR. Wasn't sure if this was a bug or hardware limitations

I thought the GTX 960 was the minimum recommended spec now. Or do you mean that Medium has its own recommended minimum specs?

Well I have a GTX 1060 now so I am happy. I also got a OLED screen which is amazing. I never want to go back to a non-OLED screen.
