with gtx 1060 labtop configuration setup does not complete: no green check on usb3 && hdmi plug

Hi,
I have a very new laptop i7+gtx 1060.
every thing should work fine, but during config setup i have no green check on the usb3 for the headset neither on the hdmi.
i can not finish the config process, but i can skip it. if i skip the config, the rift seems to work fine, i can access the house with shops and stuff, it is a bit blurry though.
i tried to update every driver for the gpu, the usb, the rift...
Why is it that i can not finish the config set up?

except the config set up every thing works fine: works in Unity, with steam & virtual
Desktop...
but
i guess the vision could be more accurate with the setup achieved ....
