Sensor wont connect

my left oculus sensor wont connect, but my other one will. i have tried another port and tried restarting my pc. but nothing seems to work... 


If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

The sensor doesn't connect at all? Does it show up under "Device Manager" when plugged in? Or is your computer completely not recognizing it as anything when plugged in?

It may be that the USB port you are using is not optimal for the sensor. Unfortunately some USB controllers or brands will work better than others (and even driver version can make a difference). It's advised to try multiple different ports, and usually USB 2.0 tends to be more compatible.
