Hi! Is there any way to capture video from Oculus CV1? How do you perform that? I need to capture to d3d11 Texture2d.

Thank you!

if youre running win10, you could use the xbox app to configure game dvr. i recommend to not have it constantly recording (mechanism to capture the "last 30 seconds" after the fact), but just set it up so it only records when you tell it to. then, once you have an app running on the rift, bring up the "game bar" on the mirrored dislay to start recording, or use a shortcut key.

for video D3DGear does a great job and records what the rift sees doing an excellent job https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMqHm8S7his

in steam vr the "mirror display" allows you to select right, left, or both eyes

Actually I don't want to use kind of HDMI capture card or something, I want to access frame in Direct Mode, capture frame from external process (Windows)

I'm not sure there is a way to do this right now but you may have better luck asking in the developer section.
