The problem is money, at the moment the VR userbase is too small to risk devolving such an expensive game. Think how rubbish PS and Xbox games are when they first come out compared to a year or two later. Big developers don't want their games hitting the market unless there is around at least a 5 million userbase. Once Oculus drops the price to $400 then you will see another good few million units sold. It's still too expensive for the masses
