    Another day goes by and still waiting for a tracking number. 

    Just updating anyone who feels the need to send their HMD back to Oculus. No need for the trolls/keyboard warriors to comment. Nothing to see here.

    The replacement actually shipped out. You should have received a tracking number, but let me ask the support agent to send you the tracking number again in case you did not receive it. Thanks.

    It does appear that the package is in the possession of UPS, but either way, it's been packed and the shipping process has begun. According to UPS, the package should arrive "Monday, 07/10/2017, By End of Day". Hope that helps.

    OP is freaking out because it's been 7 whole business days since he shipped his oculus back, out of Oculus' usual 10-13 business day turnaround?

    To be fair, there was a small delay in the processing of the returned package at the warehouse. It should have been shipped sooner but, even so, it's still within the standard 8 - 12 business day turn around. The main issue is that one of the support agents gave an inaccurate time-frame, which may have set the wrong expectations. I will be speaking with the team to make sure this doesn't happen again. Thanks.
