Bought Rift this week, have not yet able to run Quill and Medium, I want to know the list of known root that causes both apps to not functioning properly.
Quill just disappear few sec after I launch it, but Medium show me a crash pop up window, I can run Virtual Desktop app properly, but experienced the same issue using 360 Photo app as what happened using Quill, it just disappear after I launch it, I haven't really use much of apps so my list is limited, I tried to update my GPU driver to latest and reinstall Oculus client and app, how can I submit my log file to Oculus team so they can diagnose it for me?

Thank you!

Make sure your Rift and all monitors are connected to the primary dedicated GPU and NOT the integrated video or secondary cards. Also disable any GPU overlay apps like RivaTuner, MSI Afterburner, F.lux, etc.

Thank you, that worked.
I have gtx970 and one quadro card installed but found out that quadro card was interfering the whole setup, so I plug all of my monitor and rift into 970, but also uninstall quadro card as well, that solved the problem.

I have same problem, but when I bought the PC (couple of months ago) it was built for running Max on the quadro card and the Oculus from the GTX980, are you saying the monitors have to be plugged into the GTX as well as the headset, also disabling the quadro card seems to defeat the purpose of a dual function PC (Workstation specialist wx1100) i7 with quadro P4000 and GTX 980?

I have the same problem, but I have just 1 quadro card. and it is a laptop. Nobody can help me and I really don't know if my oculus set works. support tells me that I have not an oculus ready laptop, but I trusted Nvidia when I bought the hardware
