What you're probably seeing is the glare from the Fresnel lenses (aka "god rays"). This is normal and part of the way the physical lenses work, so there's not much you can do.

well, thank you for your replay  ,  but i feel there is something wrong , this blur text and blur textures sometimes  make me feel that ,
may be its something related to my card  ( Nvidia gtx 1070 settings )  or changing frame rate  or any stuff like that ?
if you don't mind please i can give you any log you could need to confirm there is nothing missed or wrong configure to it  because its very annoying to me

P.s for example  robo recall game  , when i look to my hand its little blur not sharp textures as i expected

I doubt there is anything wrong. You probably just had unrealistic expectations. Rift won't look even as sharp as a 1080P monitor due to the way the image is enlarged by the lenses, and some other things. Especially it you are accustomed to 1440P phones or 4K TVs, Rift can seem low resolution in comparison.

But feel free to submit a support ticket if you want to discuss this further. Thanks.

I also get something similar, but i think its just ghosring due to the screen. That said, it does only seem to happen during head movement and not video movement
