Green haze and pink 90 degrees mirror

Maybe anyone on this forum can help me.
I have a very strange problem where my screens turn green and in my right screen there seems to be a 90 degrees turned purple/pink mirror image of the screen as well.
I dont know what causes the problem but this is the second time it appears. It seems to start when i shut down or open an application on the rift.
Last time i fixed it by uninstalling the software and reinstalling it again, but i cant imagine that being the only solution (rebooting my PC doesnt work).

Does anyone know how i can fix this ?
Thanks in advance!

This bug made me opt out of the release candidate weeks ago, and apparently it went live without a fix.

Same here too...seems to be since the latest AMD Drivers were installed, will try a DDU and reinstall older drivers and runtime. Hopefully since we all have the same issue it may not be a hardware problem

Tryed to return to old AMD drivers... no luck. Therefore, I uninstalled all Oculus SW and reinstalled from 0...
Eureka!, all went OK. But.... but.... after a while Oculus SW done a minor update and the issue returned again. So I think it's a software problem on the last Oculus update. 😕

Definitely a software problem linked to the new version of the oculus ''setup''. I went back to runtime 0.8 with AMD 17.5.2, for Assetto Corsa using Early VR Support everything works like it did before. It seems that  every recent runtime since 0.8  will simply auto-update and will ultimately make all of this come again and again...

Anyone trying to reinstall might try just doing a system restore to the day before they updated the Oculus software. I had the same issue as the images above. So I restored to just prior to the 1.20 update installing. Starting the Oculus app now produces this error and I am able to close the error window and continue using my DK2. I hope Oculus are paying attention to this thread, the early adopters that have supported them from the beginning now need their assistance in solving this issue. AussieStig
