S6 Cannot Enable GearVR Developer Mode

I have a S6 Edge device.
To enable the GearVR Developer mode one used to tap on the VR Service Version, but now it tells be  Setup Incomplete
Used to work just fine. What the flip Oculus?

Then the checkbox appears to enable Developer mode and. Add icon to app list.

Note for oculus. Just launch your damn VRSetupWizardStub instead of giving a toast  Setup Incomplete
