SEGA Entertainment and virtual reality (VR) solutions provider StarVR
today announced its collaboration to bring StarVR arcade experiences to
existing SEGA Game Center locations throughout Japan. StarVR will work
with SEGA Entertainment to roll out its VR arcade experiences across the

Sega needs to invest in bringing the Shining Force franchise to virtual reality. As a multiplayer turn-based RPG.

I'm guessing the game never came out. I visited the Virtuality arcade in New York a few times back then, and I don't recall there being a WW1 game. Google doesn't find anything either.

No, the two SEGA VR arcade systems came out, (best not to depend on Google for research unless you know how to use it):

So which one of those two pics is the tongue in cheek world war one simulator? The standing guy or the vehicle thing?
