Oculus Rift Glitch Wave pattern on screen

ok soo i decided to install W10 even if i hate it but when i was on W7 everything worked fine since im on 10 i got a wave pattern on some game, i manage to record it on minecraft but i get it the most on vrchat i think its because of loading but i put all the vr program on my SSD and the game too there is a link of the pattern  https://clips.twitch.tv/AntediluvianCloudyVelociraptorRaccAttack

    You can turn off ASW using the Oculus Tray tool.

    Haha, So instead of just turning off ASW you decided it was better to roll back to an obsolete OS that doesn't support ASW?
