Do not install any drivers for either device, just use the default windows 10 drivers.

Those cards are ok but if you want a quality usb 3.0 card that can absolutely do what you want with no issues whatsoever get this one.

Yes I swear by Startech. Not sure why they never get a mention by Oculus.

We do mention Startech in this article, but the Inateck card is much cheaper, so that is why it is recommended.

My Startech PCI (not PCIe due to no further slots) USB3 card runs 2 Oculus Devices plus 2 other items that don't draw much power e.g. Dongles and uses Windows own Drivers as stock. (cheaper at least than Startech PCIe)

I’m about to hook up 4 rift sensors and a kinect.  Based on that, is it safe to assume that I should go with the better card (the star tech $80 one). ?

on the advise from another thread. But still having issues.. Not sure if the card is not the fix.. or if that wasn't the problem....
