Audio Issues RESOLVED with audio tool

{Today my sound isn't working anymore on the Oculus Headset. The volume is low and it's crackling. Should I wait till another update? What should I do Oculus? I purchased from Amazon back on February 22, 2018.}

Sorry to bother support with this... The issue was a simple fix.
I just tightened the screws on each headset and the sounds were immediately fixed.
I never even noticed those screws until I checked in support to find out how to install headphones I was planning on purchasing.
I have no idea how they even became loosened.
But I'm happy it was a very simple fix.
