Its not like fps drop. Sometimes when i look around the lolooking kinda warps and leaves an "shadow" of the old frame behind for a little time. But sometimes when i push the rifts hdmi cable towars the goggles it fixes and runs smoothly. But im not sure is it the cable it fixes it self when i play a while. Example Payday 2 VR when i start the the it did it and when i went to a heist it fixed and was running very smoothly

What are your PC specs? It may be that the game or settings are too intensive for your machine.
    AMD Ryzen 7 1800X | MSI X370 Titanium | G.Skill 16GB DDR4 3200 | EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 | Corsair Hydro H110i
    Gigabyte RX Vega 64 x2 | Samsung 960 Evo M.2 500GB | Seagate FireCuda SSHD 2TB | Phanteks ENTHOO EVOLV

A GTX 960 is just about the minimum needed to run Rift, so you will be running at 45 fps in games with ASW converting up to 90 Hz (which is likely what you are seeing on the screen). You could get a better video card, or lower graphics settings so it runs well on your system. https://support.oculus.com/248749509016567/

Ok. But i dont understand ho it looks so good. It looks just like 60-90fps. Is evga gtx 1060 sc 6gb enough. I dont have bigger motherboard. I tried asus gtx 1060 6gb dualfan and it was too big.

Yeah, a GTX 1060 would be fine.
