You can find the driver here , you didn't post exact model
Chose the exact one then at bottom you can chose os and download driver as the drivers come from amd
Consider installing amd relive to keep drivers upto date

I have the same problem! Winfows 8.1 and Radeon R9 285. The AMD website states it has latest drivers for this OS/gpu version 17.7.1. It is the best it suggests. Seems Amd drops support for win 8.1.

Hovewer Oculus rejects to work with 17.7.1 driver and asks for "latest".

How may I solve the problem?

Oculus Minimum requirement is Windows 10, 8.1 is no longer supported, I would recommend upgrading.
Core i7-7700k @ 4.9 Ghz | 32 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance @ 3000Mhz | 2x 1TB Samsung Evo | 2x 4GB WD Black
ASUS MAXIMUS IX HERO | MSI AERO GTX 1080 OC @ 2000Mhz | Corsair Carbide Series 400C White (RGB FTW!)

Be kind to one another 🙂

Dear LZoltowski, thank you on noting that Windows 8.1 no longer supported by Oculus! Seems we should upgrade the computer OS..

Btw Maybe you know is there some official way to downgrade Oculus runtime yo the version that user needs? (Win 8.1 was working good with Oculus just month ago, by 1.30 runtime).

Are you sure you have v21.19.136.0 driver? I ask because it seems Amd provides maximal version of just 18.11.1 at the moment..
