My order is still on hold

so i saw that my order of my rift was on hold and my mum got a message from the bank saying that they blocked it and needed confirmation she confirmed it but it still says on hold and ive sent out a support ticket a day ago but no one has replied to it please help

Don't make a fresh order but be patient, they will get to you 😉
A PC with lots of gadgets inside and a thing to see in 3D that you put on your head.

You obviously don't know Oculus support, it takes a while mate, sadly. Patience is all i can say.

You should do what @Techy111 said. Be patient, wait for Oculus support to respond to your ticket.
