I'd like to invite Oculus Rift owners to get involved in design research for Oculus apps. I work for a UX company specialising in immersive tech (www.threesixtyreality.co.uk) and we often need to work on the designs for Oculus apps and content. We're based in London UK, and it's often a struggle to find genuine Oculus users to test the apps with. We typically invite participants in for sessions at our lab and they get paid a very reasonable rate for their time. So if you are a fan of VR, you get to try new experiences before they are released and get paid for your feedback, and we try to make it fun and interesting in the process.
We have some research of this nature coming up soon, so if anyone is interested, own a Rift and could attend sessions in London, UK please get in touch be either: a) emailing me on filip@threesixtyreality.co.uk (please use 'Design Research' in the subject line, so I can get back to you quickly) b) using our design research participant sign up form
Hey I would love to test out some new stuff, may I suggest that the new experience you give me is a working rift had it a week now and get one support message per day with something to try, and yes I have tried looking through all the forums and tried all the fixes. Am now considering selling this and getting an HTC Vive maybe that will work
Seems that this is kinda obsolete now imho. Maybe time to close this thread?
