Well, I gotta push a bit against the mainstream pop music their mom is always putting on, but I'll lose them completely if I went full metal or industrial techno
When I was a kid, all the cool kids in the class were into metal, but as I got into my late teens I started forking into electronic music, and Front 242 was a solid first step. I still listen to some of their later albums, or the old classics like this one.

Much the same here - I more or less only listen to music some of the days where I take to train to work and have time for myself. From time to time I try to support Brian (http://www.braincorp.dk/index.php ). Due to kids and family - and I guess we all grow older - I haven't been to a concert for something like 15 years, sigh. It was fun in the old days - Leather Strip in 1992 was simply awesome, especially his concert in Copenhagen. He probably needs to be single and to feel lost to make his best music - to this day his old albums are still second to none, and as fresh as ever:

    The updated/modern version:

Intel i7 7700K (4.5 GHz); MSI GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Gaming X (oc 2100 MHz gpu boost, 11 GHz mem speed); 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 MHz; MSI Z270I Gaming Pro Carbon AC (VR-Ready) mainboard; Samsung 960 Evo M.2 SSD + Toshiba P300 HD; Windows 10 OS; Valve Index and Oculus Rift CV1 - the latter nearly always using super sampling 2.0.

Yeah, I was into Leæther Strip and Skinny Puppy for a brief while too.
Had a more lasting relationship with Frontline Assembly which I still listen too every now and then.

Why so many great KPOP songs? There's the Big 3 agencies: S&M, JYP, YG and each use the Big 3 Producers:
Brave Brothers, Shinsadong Tiger, Teddy Park (whom did many of Blackpink and 2NE1)

SENORITA by the great (G)-Idle. 2 of whom did KDA's Popstars in Beat Saber.

Time to grab a gin and tonic and listen to some chap hop.

In case it wasn't obvious enough, the third video above by Professor Elemental is a diss track about Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer in the first two videos. I don't know if Mr B has retaliated.

    Now some Australian hip hop.
    A classic from 1200 Techniques.

Remember, hiphop's a mind state, not an area code!

A bit more Australian music to balance out all the kpop: here's an accurate depiction of the state I live in: Queensland.

edit: just realised they all have a theme of jumping off of things or the end of the world. Brian Molko made me think I was gay.

Look, I don't understand half the memes involved in this mix, or why it was made, but if I have to get it stuck in my head then so do some of you:
