Hello everyone.

Myself and two others are developing a Star Wars space combat simulator on our spare time.

You can download the game from here:
https://mega.co.nz/#!850nlSSb!EVjZOVVwlpiPcg9yXe23i3TV1RAvsTBHh0NlpEaJHl0
Warning: Flying the star fighter requires a joystick or game pad (you might have to configure the game pad to make the speed axis work).

If you want, you can also like our facebook page:

Yes, older versions of the game had enemies, but they were removed as the project merged with another similar project.

We put the enemies back into the game sometime in the future.

Looks very cool!

Can you fire weapons? I wasn't able to get mine to work with an Xbox controller 😕

Also I highly recommend you rename all the Input Manager variables in Unity as configuring controls to games that don't name them properly is a nightmare in my experience and also makes it easier to develop 🙂
Seeing is believing

Yes you can fire weapons and shoot up asteroids that are spread around in space.

Thanks for the input about Unity, it sounds like a very good idea. However, we are trying to move away of Unity because of its flaws and limitations.
