A small portion of Quest users have experienced issues with their download queue, affecting their ability to download content. If this has impacted you, we suggest the following steps to help you get back on track and enjoying VR:
1. Check the version of your headset and see if you are running version 256550.6170.5. You can determine this by opening the Oculus app from your mobile phone, then go to:
a. Settings -> Select your Quest device -> More Settings -> About this Headset
b. You will find your Headset Version.
2. If you are running an older version, you can leave your headset undisturbed for 4.5 hours while connected to wifi and plugged into the provided charger and it will update automatically.
3. When you are on the correct version, your download queue should be empty. Please note that any queued downloads that had not completed may need to be started again.
4. If you happen to get stuck during an application installation, please wait for 15 - 20 minutes for the download queue to clear automatically and then try again, or you can reboot the device.
