Thanks Rick, all fixed now and works fine! Though there is one problem: I tried to buy "Nature Treks VR" when it was on sale. Now it's 8.99CAD. Would it be possible to get some code and still buy it for that sale price? Thanks, Anatoli
I’m having this same issue with the Oculus Quest and Creed Rise of Glory. I have it free with crossbuy but can’t add it to my library because I get an error performing query every time. Can’t seem to find anyone to help including Oculus Support.
I have this problem with Creed and Quest as well @saunderse4 ! I can't figure it out and neither can @OculusSupport I'm glad it's not just me, you're the only other person I've found with this issue.

Same issue, it won't let me buy no matter how many times I try, this didnt happen before so why is it happening now? Ice updating the software and went to support, but nothing
I am also having the same issue trying to purchase a game.I have noticed with all these complaints for several months, there has been only one reply from a support member. In my book, that's bad business.
Ah! So other people are having this issue! It's been like this for me since friday I put in a ticket and talked to live chat about it and they had to send it to their team. So they are going to email me in 3 to 4 days I wonder what's going on.
